Last year, Terno real estate operated a new distribution center in Ivanka pri Dunaji. After a year, this center was expanded to include a fresh food warehouse, which will save the company distribution costs, streamline the entire logistics process and improve the availability of goods for customers. Stanislav Čajka, director of Terno real estate, stated this at a press conference on the occasion of the ceremonial opening of the new warehouse.
In Petržalka, Bratislava, StorageX wants to build storage space for approximately 15 million euros. This follows from the intention submitted for the EIA. "The purpose of the plan is to build a storage area that would be used as public storage space for legal and natural persons," the plan states. The beginning of construction is planned for the end of next year, completion at the beginning of 2024.
