Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics properties VGP will expand its technology complex VGP Park Bratislava. For this purpose, a new acquisition with a total area of 350,000 square meters has already taken place. The park is located in the village Bernolákovo, just a few minutes drive from the capital with direct connections to the D1 motorway.
The company has currently started construction of a new central warehouse in Košice with a preliminary budgeted value of EUR 12.2 million.
