LINKCITY and Cromwell have signed a new lease agreement with Bühler Motor

The Linkcity developer and Cromwell Property Group, a property and property management company, signed a contract with a new tenant in the LiNK Hradec Králové logistics park. He is now completely occupied. The site is the first property completed as part of a strategic partnership between Linkcity Slovakia and Cromwell Property Group.

One of the largest logistics projects in Slovakia will soon be welcomed by tenants. The established Sihoť Park , which is being built by Sisban next to the D1 motorway at Chocholná Velčice (Trenčín District), will open the first of the two modern halls by several months. The total area of ​​36,000 square meters will offer variable space rentals from 2,000 m².

Municipalities reject the developers' plans for new warehouses and factories for the built highways

Development projects for the construction of logistics and industrial centers at the planned highway congresses often face the resistance of town halls. This applies to some locations near the D3 motorway in the vicinity of České Budějovice and the D35 motorway in East Bohemia under construction. Builders also have problems with the existing D8 motorway near Prague.
