According to local media, Panattoni Park Bratislava North is to be built on a 33 ha site alongside the D2 motorway near the village of Plavecký Štvrtok, about 30 km north of Bratislava. In the first phase, two halls of 12,000 sqm and 6,000 sqm are to be built.
The total investment costs for the development are to eventually exceed CZK 1.5 bln (EUR 59 mln).
