The development company Panattoni leads the European ranking of TOP Logistic Developers 2020–2022. According to the results of the PropertyEU survey, Panattoni is significantly ahead of other development companies in the whole of Europe in the number of projects, in the volume of investments and in floor space.
Panattoni Park will grow in the industrial zone in Levice. It will be built on an area of more than 19,000 square meters and will provide space for logistics activities and light production, informed the mayor of Levic, Ján Krtík. According to him, the industrial developer Panattoni will provide an opportunity for growth for companies established in the industrial park and at the same time support the arrival of new investors.
Developer Panattoni has announced the acquisition of a new tenant with a big name. Medical Group SK a.s., a member of the Dr.Max Holding group, operator of the largest chain of Dr.Max pharmacies in Slovakia, is joining the recently expanded premises at Panattoni Park Košice Airport.
Panattoni, an industrial developer and market leader in Europe, in cooperation with the BHS Real Estate Fund SICAV, a.s. they will soon hand over the premises for the first tenants in the brand new and modern area of Panattoni Park Bratislava North near Plavecký Štvrtek. In the initial phase, two halls with an area of 12,000 and 6,000 square meters will be available. On this occasion, representatives of both companies, with the participation of the mayor of Plavecký Štvrtok and the first tenant of IKEA Components, signed a charter, which they deposited in a time capsule with a reference for future generations.
A second hall has been added to the area near Panattoni Park Košice Airport in Košice. Developer Panattoni, along with investor Accolade, handed over part of its premises to the first tenants on Tuesday.
Panattoni, an industrial building builder and European market leader, is a pioneer in sustainable construction with an emphasis on certifications not only in Slovakia but also throughout Europe. It is the first in the industry to introduce BREEAM New Construction certification as a standard for all its new buildings, guaranteeing the ecological sustainability of projects and their environmental friendliness, at the Excellent level.
Near the second largest Slovak city, a second Class A building with an area of almost 20,000 m2 is growing in Panattoni Park Košice Airport, in which Accolade is investing almost 17 million euros. The new top industrial premises with excellent transport connections will not only meet all the standards of modern and sustainable construction with the aspiration to assess the sustainability of BREEAM at the "Excellent" level, but will also help the further economic development of the Slovak region. Part of the hall has already been rented by a sports nutrition distributor.
Czech asset manager BH Securities, through its BHS Real Estate Fund, is investing in a new logistics park near Bratislava in cooperation with Panattoni.
