The ANTRACIT Senec development project acquired a long-term tenant RajHračiek.sk. The successful online store will have a distribution center and a new headquarters on an area of 5,300 m2. Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), the international market leader in autonomous mobile robots (AMR), is launching its most powerful robots for transporting pallets and heavy loads in production halls, warehouses and logistics centers. Robots MiR600 and MiR1350, which can handle up to 600 kg, respectively. 1350 kg cargo, are designed to safely and efficiently carry out material transport tasks in demanding industrial environments.
The new logistics facility located in Prologis Park Moissy 2 south of Paris will become Prologis' first carbon-neutral warehouse, which prevents emissions and reduces and compensates for 100 percent of the impacts associated with construction, operations or maintenance throughout the life of the building. The building is designed without a gas connection. It will use energy-saving elements of its design, roof solar panels, purchased ecological energy and thermal energy stored in the well for heating, cooling and electricity supply.
