P3 builds a new hall near Lozorno

The logistics park P3 Bratislava D2 will be expanded by the summer of 2022 with a new hall DC7B with an area of 21,000 m2, which represents the expansion of hall DC7. "We plan to officially approve the hall at the beginning of July next year, but we started construction in September. Compared to the original plans, this is a delay of six months due to a pandemic and a lack of building materials, "says Peter Jánoši, CEO of P3 Logistic Parks. The new hall is currently being prepared by the largest developer and lessor of logistics properties in Slovakia for the planned expansion plans of the long-term tenant IHLE, but also as speculative construction with potential clients.

Continental will open a new tire logistics center for Central and Eastern Europe

Continental is currently finishing the construction of a new multi-regional tire distribution center near Bratislava. The opening of the operation is scheduled for December. From the new distribution center, tires from a total of 12 countries in Central and Eastern Europe will be supplied with tires.

InoBat Recycling establishes a recycling center in Slovakia

InoBat establishes a new InoBat Recycling division. Its CEO is Marta Tomišová. The goal of InoBat Recycling is to protect the environment by eliminating the extraction of the most critical non-renewable resources and recycling batteries in electric vehicles. The recycling project will be implemented in 2 phases: by building a line for physical scrapping of batteries and also a hydrometallurgical line. The processes will result in a 95 percent metal recovery rate, a 35% reduction in production costs and a 20% reduction in CO₂ production.
