Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, has sold an unoccupied logistics park in Žiar nad Hronom to Tatra Asset Management. The transaction was mediated by CBRE.
CTP Invest and CTP Property Czech have signed an agreement with Accentis Property International NV to purchase a 100% stake in Accentis Námestovo. The transfer of the share in Accentis Námestovo to CTP was approved by Tatra banka, a member of the Raiffeisenbank Group, but it will not take effect until it is registered in the Commercial Register in Slovakia.

Continental is currently finishing the construction of a new multi-regional tire distribution center near Bratislava. The opening of the operation is scheduled for December. From the new distribution center, tires from a total of 12 countries in Central and Eastern Europe will be supplied with tires.
In Petržalka, Bratislava, StorageX wants to build storage space for approximately 15 million euros. This follows from the intention submitted for the EIA. "The purpose of the plan is to build a storage area that would be used as public storage space for legal and natural persons," the plan states.
