A new logistics center will be established between the second-class road and the railway line from Žilina to Košice, specifically at Teplička nad Váhom. The construction of the administrative and operational building with access from the road to the Žilina Terminal was approved by the building office of the municipality of Teplička nad Váhom in 2020.
