In the new halls, the park will offer another 13,000 m2 of modern space for storage, logistics or light production, within driving distance of Bratislava, Budapest and Vienna.
The general contractor of the ARETE PARK Trenčín industrial park is the international construction group HSF System. The main tenant will be Linde Material Handling Slovak Republic. Developers and investors of the project for 7.5 mil. eur is the Arete investment group.
A timeless logistics park with a green vision, advanced technologies and sustainable principles is growing in Bratislava. Warehouses, light industrial production and administrative spaces will be located in modern halls near the center. Completion of construction is approaching and is planned for September 2023.
According to the latest measurements of the global real estate and consistent company CBRE, total rental activity in the logistics and industrial real estate market increased in the 3rd quarter of 2022 (compared to the same period last year) by up to 89 %. A total of almost 184,000 m2 of industrial and logistics space was rented. An absolute amount of area was rented in the area of the wider surroundings of Bratislava, up to 57 % of the total volume. A significant part was also covered by the rest of western Slovakia (30 %). The remaining percentages belonged to central and eastern Slovakia.
Developer Panattoni has announced the acquisition of a new tenant with a big name. Medical Group SK a.s., a member of the Dr.Max Holding group, operator of the largest chain of Dr.Max pharmacies in Slovakia, is joining the recently expanded premises at Panattoni Park Košice Airport.
A second hall has been added to the area near Panattoni Park Košice Airport in Košice. Developer Panattoni, along with investor Accolade, handed over part of its premises to the first tenants on Tuesday.
