RajHračiek.sk will have a new distribution center in Slovakia

The ANTRACIT Senec development project acquired a long-term tenant RajHračiek.sk. The successful online store will have a distribution center and a new headquarters on an area of 5,300 m2. The general contractor of the construction is the company HSF System SK. The occupancy of vacant premises was mediated by the real estate consulting company 108 Agency. The new premises will be available to the tenant in early November 2021.

Company STILL will implement the project of the future for Beiersdorf

Beiersdorf AG is building a state-of-the-art cosmetic product center in Seehausen near Leipzig. In the concept design and in the implementation of production and warehouse supply, she relied on the expertise of STILL in a comprehensive million-dollar project. In a demanding selection process, the intralogistics concern established itself with a team of experts in intralogistics and automation.

The modern logistics center Havi Logistics near Trnava saves the environment

The logistics company Havi Logistics achieved the best economic result in its history last year, despite the coronavirus pandemic. It had a profit of more than 300,000 euros and a turnover of almost 110 million euros. As Vladislav Gruca, head of the finance department, emphasized for Trend, this is the result of a joint effort by employees. At the same time, he reminded that logistics stands at logistics centers in addition to means of transport. According to him, they function as the brain and muscles of the whole delivery process.

Accolade and Panattoni began construction of the second building
