P3 Logistic Parks shows the strongest brand growth in the European real estate industry

The European Real Estate Brand Institute has awarded P3 Logistic Parks twice this year in a thirteen-year study of real estate brand value. Compared to last year, this long-term owner and developer of logistics real estate has made the greatest progress in terms of brand strength in all categories and countries, thus receiving the award "Strongest Brand Growth". In addition, P3 has been named the Best Logistics Developer in Southern Europe for the third time in a row.

The new infrastructure for online stores is growing in Trnava

The largest business zone in Trnava will expand. It will get a distribution hall for fast package processing. It will be built for the client, the largest courier company Slovak Parcel Service, by the Slovak developer KLM real estate. For the first time in history, a group of Slovak individual investors is also financially involved in its development through the Crowdberry investment platform. Kia Slovakia will stop production, the reason is the preparation for a new model

On Friday (June 11), Kia Slovakia will suspend production in Teplička nad Váhom on all three work shifts. The reason is the preparation for the new model. This was stated by the car's spokesman Tomáš Potoček.

Kia Slovakia has surpassed the milestone of 4 million vehicles produced

The Kia production plant in Slovakia marked a significant production milestone in its history with the production of a four millionth vehicle, which on 24th May became the Kia Sportage model. Kia Slovakia started mass production of vehicles in 2006 and is helping to expand the Kia brand in Europe. The first vehicles in this plant were from the Ceed model line, which is manufactured to date and is constantly designed and produced in Europe, especially for European customers. Ceed models were introduced along with a unique seven-year warranty, which made them among the popular models.

A Lexus showroom will be built in Košice. It will be only the third in Slovakia

The new car show in Košice will offer Lexus and Toyota customers. The investor of the project for approximately 3.3 mil. eur is the company Auto Valas. The general contractor of the new showroom is the construction company HSF System SK. The design office Inspire Design is behind the design.
