The logistics park P3 Bratislava D2 will be expanded by the summer of 2022 with a new hall DC7B with an area of 21,000 m2, which represents the expansion of hall DC7. "We plan to officially approve the hall at the beginning of July next year, but we started construction in September. Compared to the original plans, this is a delay of six months due to a pandemic and a lack of building materials, "says Peter Jánoši, CEO of P3 Logistic Parks. The new hall is currently being prepared by the largest developer and lessor of logistics properties in Slovakia for the planned expansion plans of the long-term tenant IHLE, but also as speculative construction with potential clients.
The Vlčie hrdlo Business Park complex in Bratislava, which offers rental of warehouse space, offices and halls, has a new owner. It was purchased by the Czechoslovak development company Contera from the investment group Natland, which has managed the former brownfield with an area of 33,420 m2 since 2020.
