The volume of real estate investments in Slovakia this year exceeded 470 million euros, which represents a year-on-year increase of 33 percent. Most was invested in retail. This follows from a press release from the global real estate consulting company CBRE.

The concept of "Small Flexi Units" was launched for the first time in Prologis Park Bratislava, where Prologis divided 4,800 square meters into four separate units with an area from 600 to 1,500 square meters. The main goal of "Small Flexi Units" is to help dynamic companies grow, but the space is also suitable as a more flexible option for larger companies. Three of the four units in Building 2 have already been occupied by a global freight forwarding company, a collection and sorting machine manufacturer, and a logistics company.
