Element Logic will build an automated warehouse for Sport Vision

Element Logic bude pre spoločnosť Sport Vision, ktorá sa špecializuje na maloobchodný predaj športového oblečenia, implementovať riešenie automatizovaných skladov pomocou technológie AutoStore. Táto spolupráca prinesie pre Sport Vision až 70-percentnú úsporu skladovej plochy a tiež zvýši rýchlosť vychystania objednávok a zásobovania predajní. Dokončenie projektu je naplánované na jún 2023.

The Arete industrial park in Trenčín will be ready by the end of summer 2023

The general contractor of the ARETE PARK Trenčín industrial park is the international construction group HSF System. The main tenant will be Linde Material Handling Slovak Republic. Developers and investors of the project for 7.5 mil. eur is the Arete investment group.

For the first time, 1 billion EUR was reinvested in the commercial real estate market in Slovakia

Since 2020, the commercial real estate market has been tested by the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, the whole world also had to deal with the war conflict in Ukraine, while this conflict naturally resulted in months of uncertainty in the field of commercial real estate as well. Despite this, it was the strongest year in the history of Slovakia in terms of total investment volume. For the first time, more than one billion euros was reinvested in the commercial real estate market in Slovakia.

Panattoni's Slovak branch recorded its strongest year in history

The industrial hall developer Panattoni has had a very successful year in Slovakia. The industrial area, Panattoni Park Košice Airport, the first project of the Slovak branch, was fully occupied in a record short time. In the next project, Panattoni Park Bratislava North, the first two halls have already been completed. In 2022, a total of 3 industrial halls with a total area of more than 38,000 m2 were completed, creating more than 160 new jobs. About 100 more jobs will soon be added to them.

Alza.cz is preparing the first logistics center in Hungary

Alza.hu has signed a long-term lease agreement with GLP, a leading investor and developer of logistics parks. The 22,000 m2 warehouse in Sziget, Hungary, will become the first e-shop logistics center outside the home markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

VGP has announced the acquisition of new land

Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics properties VGP will expand its technology complex VGP Park Bratislava. For this purpose, a new acquisition with a total area of 350,000 square meters has already taken place. The park is located in the village Bernolákovo, just a few minutes drive from the capital with direct connections to the D1 motorway.

The general contractor was the construction company HSF System SK. The developer of the project was the Slovak development company KLM real estate.

Vlčie hrdlo Business Park in Bratislava changes owners

The Vlčie hrdlo Business Park complex in Bratislava, which offers rental of warehouse space, offices and halls, has a new owner. It was purchased by the Czechoslovak development company Contera from the investment group Natland, which has managed the former brownfield with an area of 33,420 m2 since 2020. It wants to continue the modernization and revitalization of the area and build a concept of the so-called small business units.
