Accolade and Panattoni began construction of the second building

Near the second largest Slovak city, a second Class A building with an area of almost 20,000 m2 is growing in Panattoni Park Košice Airport, in which Accolade is investing almost 17 million euros. The new top industrial premises with excellent transport connections will not only meet all the standards of modern and sustainable construction with the aspiration to assess the sustainability of BREEAM at the "Excellent" level, but will also help the further economic development of the Slovak region. Part of the hall has already been rented by a sports nutrition distributor.

MiR introduces two robots to optimize the entire logistics

Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), the international market leader in autonomous mobile robots (AMR), is launching its most powerful robots for transporting pallets and heavy loads in production halls, warehouses and logistics centers. Robots MiR600 and MiR1350, which can handle up to 600 kg, respectively. 1350 kg cargo, are designed to safely and efficiently carry out material transport tasks in demanding industrial environments.

Developer Prologis starts to build carbon-neutral warehouses. The first will grow south of Paris

The new logistics facility located in Prologis Park Moissy 2 south of Paris will become Prologis' first carbon-neutral warehouse, which prevents emissions and reduces and compensates for 100 percent of the impacts associated with construction, operations or maintenance throughout the life of the building. The building is designed without a gas connection. It will use energy-saving elements of its design, roof solar panels, purchased ecological energy and thermal energy stored in the well for heating, cooling and electricity supply.

The Raben Group has signed its first sustainability linked loan

The European logistics group Raben Group has successfully concluded its first sustainability loan (SLL) of EUR 225 million over five years with a group of seven banks. It is also one of the first SLL club transactions in the logistics industry in Europe.
