The new logistics facility located in Prologis Park Moissy 2 south of Paris will become Prologis' first carbon-neutral warehouse, which prevents emissions and reduces and compensates for 100 percent of the impacts associated with construction, operations or maintenance throughout the life of the building. The building is designed without a gas connection. It will use energy-saving elements of its design, roof solar panels, purchased ecological energy and thermal energy stored in the well for heating, cooling and electricity supply.

Czech asset manager BH Securities, through its BHS Real Estate Fund, is investing in a new logistics park near Bratislava in cooperation with Panattoni.

The VoloDrone cargo drone successfully passed the first stress test in simulated operation at its presentation at the International Aviation Conference in Berlin. The drone will make it possible to transport cargo to hard-to-reach places and offer customers fast and emission-free transport.
The planned investment by the Trnava carmaker Stellantis will probably also be supported by the state.
