Crowdberry represents the CB Property Investors Subfund, it wants to invest 30 million euros in Czech and Slovak real estate

Crowdberry has launched a new qualified real estate fund, the CB Property Investors Sub-Fund (CBPI). The fund intends to invest EUR 30 million over the next three years. Also create a portfolio with a total value exceeding 75 million euros. CBPI focuses on value-added real estate investments across various categories while ensuring an above-standard return on investment of 10+% p.a. thanks to the optimization of the use and economic performance of real estate. The fund is therefore intended primarily for investors interested in participating in increasing the value of domestic real estate.

Volkswagen Slovakia: last year was challenging and successful

Volkswagen Slovakia rates last year as extremely challenging, but also very successful. According to the factory, the key was to acquire the production of the next generations of the VW Passat and Škoda Superb models, which brings with it an investment of up to EUR 500 million and the creation of 2,000 new jobs. At the end of the year, production of the new Škoda Karoq model started at the plant, thanks to which jobs were secured for approximately 500 employees.

The industrial park in R. Sobota will be an impetus for southern Slovakia

According to the Minister of Economy Richard Sulík, the industrial park, which is to be created in Rimavská Sobota and create hundreds of new jobs, will be a significant impetus not only for this region, but also for the whole of southern Slovakia. "Our philosophy is clear - to gradually reduce regional differences and focus primarily on the least developed. If we want to attract investors to the south, we must have a park ready, which we can offer them immediately," said the head of the economy. The park of approximately 65 hectares should bring at least 500 new jobs. EUR 11.85 million will be set aside for its construction.

EUR to its portfolio and brought its investors an appreciation of 9.38% in the euro and 12.66% in the Czech Crown class over the last year.
