Accolade Industrial Fund continues its investments in eastern Slovakia by purchasing a building leased long-term to Faurecia, one of the world's largest suppliers to the automotive industry. The building with an area of over 21 thousand square meters thus becomes part of the Accolade Funds Park Košice Airport industrial park. After the acquisition, the park consists of three buildings with a total area exceeding 58 thousand square meters. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The financing of the acquisition was provided by Tatra banka.
