Originally a French company, Faurecia, with more than 100 years of history, is now part of the Forvia group, the seventh largest supplier of automotive technologies in the world. Its newly acquired plant currently employs over 600 people and specializes in the production of interior systems for luxury cars.

The asset management of the new building and the entire park will be provided by the Accolade team. The total leasable area of the acquired building is 21,639 square meters, in addition to production premises, it also includes storage and administrative areas. Thanks to the high standard of construction with regard to environmental friendliness and sustainability, it will aspire to obtain the international BREEAM In-use certification at the "Very Good" level.

Interestingly, Faurecia also partially leases premises within the existing Accolade Funds Park Košice Airport. Other tenants of the park include Siemens Healthineers, a medical technology company that focuses on the production and assembly of ultrasound devices, GreenPharm, a manufacturer of dietary supplements, and Dr. Max. The diversification of the portfolio is further strengthened by XXXLutz, one of the world's largest furniture retailers. The strong logistics base is then completed by global players such as Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and DB Schenker.
