"Thanks to its strategic location, transport connections, a large number of technically educated people and an available workforce, the Košice region is an economic hub with further growth potential in both traditional and new sectors. Its newly acquired plant currently employs over 600 people and specializes in the production of interior systems for luxury cars.

Accolade to provide management of the entire park
The asset management of the new building and the entire park will be provided by the Accolade team. "Thanks to our own asset management, we can provide tenants with maximum support, respond quickly to their needs, and at the same time develop the value and sustainability of the premises in the long term. Our goal is to create an environment that will not only be highly functional and efficient, but also attractive to employees and business partners of the tenants. Cooperation with all participants in the transaction was carried out in a very professional manner. Based on this experience, we are opening up space for further possible cooperation not only within the region," said Lukáš Répal, representative of Accolade - Asset Management.

The total leasable area of the acquired building is 21,639 square meters, in addition to production premises, it also includes storage and administrative areas.
