A ten -year unsecured loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) of EUR 200 million will contribute to accelerating energy transformation, strengthening the safety of energy supply and supporting social and economic cohesion and climate area. It is part of the specialized EIB contribution to Repowereu, a plan to terminate Europe's dependence on the import of fossil fuels and is offered under attractive conditions.
The urban warehouse project will cover an area of more than 26,000 square meters and will bring separate rental units to the location. They will be approximately 500 square meters in size, and clients will have the opportunity to modify the object. In the central part of the area, the investor plans to build a recreation zone in the form of a park with benches and a bicycle stand.

The new logistics park Panattoni Park Dunajská Streda received a positive decision in the EIA environmental impact assessment process and comes with an offer of modern storage and production spaces that adapt to the growing needs of today's businesses.
