A new developer will complete the Žilina industrial park near the airport

CTP, a developer of industrial real estate based in the Netherlands, announces the acquisition of an industrial park in Žilina. The park is located in a strategic location near Žilina Airport. Upon completion, CTPark Žilina Airport will provide a leasable space of 145,000 square meters.
