After the recently announced construction in Trnava, where CTP plans to close the 32-hectare CTPark II near Stellantis, one of the largest industrial real estate managers in Europe is coming up with another investment in its portfolio in eastern Slovakia. In CTPark Prešov South, it will build two halls with an area of 60,000 m2. Their construction will take place in two phases.

It wants to continue the modernization and revitalization of the area and build a concept of the so-called small business units.
Like the entire Geis group, Geis SK is still strong and growing. Therefore, at the end of the year, the current Slovak branch will move from Senec to new premises in the logistics VGP Park Bratislava. It is located in the Triblavina area, just a few minutes from Bratislava.
