Negotiations on the expansion began at the end of last year, and this time too we focused on maximizing the potential of the customer's operation by introducing tailor-made solutions. The long-term lease of the new premises should begin in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
The new premises for the BMW Group with an area of 10,000 square meters will provide the customer with even more tailor-made solutions. The building will also include a social zone, the aim of which is to increase employee satisfaction at work. Other personalized elements include opening skylights, illuminated shelters, "jumbo" docks or electrical and data installations.
The social zone will complement the shared spaces in the Bratislava park that Prologis is building as part of the PARKlife™ initiative. These include, for example, a soccer field, a barbecue area, an outdoor gym, and bike sheds. The additional equipment of the park pushes the boundaries of the standard services of the developer of storage spaces and helps the customer to find and retain the workforce.
