In the case of the multinational logistics company Raben Group, last year was marked by the consolidation of existing markets through the construction of new premises and the expansion of existing ones. During the year, CTP concluded lease agreements for a record 211 thousand sqm in Slovakia. It also boasts an occupancy rate of 98.4%.
