Accolade Industrial Fund continues its investments in eastern Slovakia by purchasing a building leased long-term to Faurecia, one of the world's largest suppliers to the automotive industry. After the acquisition, the park consists of three buildings with a total area exceeding 58 thousand square meters. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The financing of the acquisition was provided by Tatra banka.
