Recently, the company signed a lease extension with the Czech family specialized logistics company MP-Sped and with the global logistics provider DB Schenker. This month, Nagel Slovensko, a member of the Nagel-Group, a global provider of supply chain logistics services in the food logistics segment, also extended its lease.

The logistics center P3 Senec was affected by two five-year lease extensions. The first of them was signed by the logistics company MP-Sped, which rents 2,500 m2 here for its distribution warehouse with fashionable, fast-moving consumer and advertising POS (point of sale) goods.

Ondřej Krkoška, Managing Director of MP-Sped, says: "We have been satisfied with P3 for a long time. We operate together in two P3 locations, we have a warehouse both in P3 Senec and in P3 Olomouc in the Czech Republic. What we appreciate in business are above all good locations and the strategic location of our warehouses. But we also value the flexibility and prompt service of the developer, who knows how to respond promptly to our newly created requirements. In the end, these were also the reasons why we decided to extend the cooperation with P3 and the lease agreement in Seneca Park for another five years."

The strategic geographical location, as well as the ability of P3 to respond flexibly to market requirements, is also appreciated by the tenant Nagel Slovensko, which signed a second lease extension in the P3 Senec park. The extension applies to 10,000 m2 of warehouse space, where the international logistics company manages a warehouse and a transshipment point with food goods, which it distributes not only to Slovak retail chains, establishments and from manufacturers, but also to the whole of Europe within the Nagel-Group network. Approximately 3,000 pallets of goods are dispatched from the P3 Senec park daily.

The third extension of the lease was awarded to the international carrier DB Schenker in the industrial center P3 Žilina, which provides logistics services in the automotive field. He rented 4,660 m2 of warehouse space in the Žilina park for the next three years.
