Panattoni, one of the largest industrial real estate developers in the world, has made a ceremonial entry into the Asian markets with the opening of its first office in India, located in Bangalore, the capital and largest city of the southwestern state of Karnataka. Panattoni India is led by Managing Director Sandeep Chanda, who previously headed Strategic Management and Acquisitions at Embassy Industrial Parks.

Alza.hu has signed a long-term lease agreement with GLP, a leading investor and developer of logistics parks. The 22,000 m2 warehouse in Sziget, Hungary, will become the first e-shop logistics center outside the home markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The development company Contera will build a new logistics park in Žiar nad Hronom in central Slovakia. The main tenant will be the wholesale of FAST PLUS electronics. Construction will begin on the land in the immediate vicinity of the R1 motorway in the third quarter of this year, and 300 new jobs will be gradually created there.
