CTP N.V. Results for the first half of 2023

The company CTP N.V. (CTPNV.AS), (hereinafter referred to as "CTP", "Group" or "Company") recorded a net rental income of €268.3 million in the first half of 2023, representing a year-on-year increase of 26.8%, and an increase in like-for-like rent of 7.5%, which was mainly caused by indexation and the return of property to the original owner during renegotiations and expiring leases. Contractual revenues for the next 12 months amounted to €654 million as of June 30, 2023.

The development of industrial real estate rentals in Slovakia is dynamic

In the second quarter of 2023, more than 260,000 m² were leased in Slovakia, which represents a year-on-year increase of 18%. This increase points to the dynamic development of the industrial and logistics sector in Slovakia, which may signal investors' interest in this market.

P3 acquired 2 objects of the SEGRO company

P3 Logistic Parks announces its expansion within the UK through the acquisition of two logistics assets from Segro, totaling 81,000 m2, located in well-known locations. One property is located in Crick and comprises approximately 36,000 m2 of lettable area. The second facility, with an area of more than 45,000 m2, is located in the city of Kettering.
