FM Logistic Group operates its own warehouses in Central Europe with electricity from renewable sources. The company has signed contracts for energy from renewable sources with the largest Polish energy group PGE and with the Czech company Pražská Energetika. The contracts relate to logistics facilities owned and operated by FM Logistic.
The international logistics company achieved a net turnover of 1.77 billion euros in the previous fiscal year. The decisive milestones were the digitization, sustainability and worldwide expansion of branches.
CTP, one of the largest industrial real estate developers in Central and Eastern Europe, is entering the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. As part of the IPO, the company wants to offer investors new shares worth approximately EUR 900 million (primary offer). CTP wants to use the proceeds from the primary offer to buy more land, development, but also to repay part of the debts.

The Amazon logistics center was opened in 2017. It currently has more than 2,000 permanent employees. Another 1,000 employees of the company work in the Bratislava office. Bonami published its business results for last year, which, despite complications in the form of the global pandemic COVID-19, was marked by growing sales and profits. In Slovakia, the company increased sales by 12.6 million euros, which represents a 49.6% increase. It is interesting that the largest increase in sales was recorded in the garden category.
