The new infrastructure for online stores is growing in Trnava

The largest business zone in Trnava will expand. It will get a distribution hall for fast package processing. It will be built for the client, the largest courier company Slovak Parcel Service, by the Slovak developer KLM real estate. For the first time in history, a group of Slovak individual investors is also financially involved in its development through the Crowdberry investment platform. It thus changes the standard picture of industrial development intended exclusively for large international players.

The Slovak flying car landed at the international airport for the first time

The flying AirCar car landed at Bratislava International Airport for the first time. The prototype, which has already completed almost 50 hours of flight tests, completed approximately 80 kilometers from the airport in Nitra at a cruising speed of 170 kilometers per hour without any problems. The designer and head of the entire project, Štefan Klein, informed about it on Monday.

Garbe enters Slovakia

German company Garbe Industrial Real Estate has entered the Slovak market with the acquisition of 7 ha of land in Piešťany, about 80 km north-east of Bratislava.

Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), the international market leader in autonomous mobile robots (AMR), introduces the MiR250 Hook, a unique AMR solution for automated in-house truck transport. MiR Hook 250 is an add-on module for the fastest and most compact MiR250 robot with simple and efficient navigation in environments with a high concentration of people. The new and patented robotic towing device is an updated version of the MiR Hook from 2016. The robustness and accuracy of the new device corresponds to the rapid product development that has since taken place at this Danish mobile robot manufacturer.

They are building a new hall with solar panels for logistics and e-commerce in Kostolné Kračany

At the end of 2021, a new member will join the logistics family in southern Slovakia. The Austrian developer Go Asset completed the load-bearing structure of a modern hall with more than 55,000 square meters in Kostolné Kračany near Dunajská Streda.
