Garbe is planning to develop Garbe Green Park Piešťany on the site, which will comprise two sustainable warehouse buildings with a total area of 26,000 sqm.

Both buildings will feature photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps to minimise the carbon footprint during operations. Efficient water management and water recycling will be employed. The operating costs in the park will also be minimised by such systems.

The new land has a zoning permit and we have already applied for the building permit. We expect to receive it in the next few months and we are confident that our clients will appreciate the possibility to start development immediately. We are also confident that the location, which we have carefully selected, will offer multiple business benefits.
