"This is our fourth consecutive acquisition in Slovakia within the Arete Industrial fund. The purchased site near Dunajská Streda fits perfectly with the already managed Slovak industrial parks in Beluš, Vráble and Kežmarok. Today, we manage a total of eight campuses. We are already leasing seven of them, and the eighth site in Rokycany is being intensively built," Lubor Svoboda, co-founder of the Arete group, recapitulates the state of the fund's portfolio after the acquisition.

"We are very pleased that we will be able to continue to cooperate with the tenant who operates in the area. The logistics company BSK Transports has been doing business in Slovakia for more than ten years. It is a company that has high credibility, which adds stability to the entire investment. Regarding the area as such, I would highlight above all the good connection to the highway network and the proximity of the industrial center in the form of Dunajská Streda. At the same time, a large development plot is part of the area, where the possibility of further construction opens up for us," reveals the future of the area, Robert Ides, the second co-founder of the Arete group.
