It will be built on an area of more than 19,000 square meters and will provide space for logistics activities and light production, informed the mayor of Levic, Ján Krtík. According to him, the industrial developer Panattoni will provide an opportunity for growth for companies established in the industrial park and at the same time support the arrival of new investors.

Vlčie hrdlo Business Park in Bratislava changes owners

The Vlčie hrdlo Business Park complex in Bratislava, which offers rental of warehouse space, offices and halls, has a new owner. It was purchased by the Czechoslovak development company Contera from the investment group Natland, which has managed the former brownfield with an area of 33,420 m2 since 2020. It wants to continue the modernization and revitalization of the area and build a concept of the so-called small business units.
