Investment volume in the CEE region increased significantly year-on-year

Investment volume in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region increased by 143% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2025. The Czech Republic led the growth with €1.5 billion invested, which is four times the value of last year.

Accolade Industrial Fund strengthens portfolio with acquisition of building with tenant Faurecia in Košice

Accolade Industrial Fund continues its investments in eastern Slovakia by purchasing a building leased long-term to Faurecia, one of the world's largest suppliers to the automotive industry. The building with an area of ​​over 21 thousand square meters thus becomes part of the Accolade Funds Park Košice Airport industrial park. After the acquisition, the park consists of three buildings with a total area exceeding 58 thousand square meters. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The financing of the acquisition was provided by Tatra banka.
