Ivan Pastier brings with him a wealth of experience in industrial and commercial development, gained during his time at CTP in Slovakia. During his time at CTP, where he led the expansion of industrial and logistics sites over the past five years, he has made a significant contribution to the threefold expansion of the company’s portfolio in Slovakia and has ensured a 95% occupancy rate. His strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities is demonstrated by the fact that he has managed to cover more than 60% of all pre-leases of industrial properties in Slovakia in the past year.
In his role as Commercial Director, Ivan Pastier will be involved in setting the further strategic development of Panattoni’s business in Slovakia. His priority will be to strengthen the company’s market position, attract new significant tenants to Panattoni Parks and implement innovative solutions that will support the sustainable development of industrial and logistics projects.
