The new logistics park, which is implemented by VGP in the immediate vicinity of Bratislava near the village of Bernolákovo, exactly meets the requirements. The Geis Group is the first tenant and a new branch for the Bratislava region will start operating here in the summer of 2021. "In the first phase, we agreed to lease 8,000 m2 of indoor area and the corresponding outdoor handling and parking areas. We are now addressing the specific technical parameters of the construction to meet exactly our Operational but also environmental requirements," says Marian Vaculčiak, Operations Director Geis SK .

"We perceive as a positive symbol that the first tenant of the new park in VGP's portfolio will be GEIS, with which long-term cooperation is taking place in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. VGP Park Bratislava represents an important logistics project," adds Jan van Geeta to the founders and CEO of VGP.
