C.S.CARGO Group operates in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, where it offers customers complex solutions and a full service of transport and logistics services and services in the field of management and quality control, which requires the development of a network of distribution centers. Within Slovakia, the carrier has found a good place for centers in the logistics parks P3 Žilina, where it rents 3,000 m2 of warehouse and office space, and P3 Košice, where it already has more than 10,000 m2.

"We have acquired another long-term tenant of our parks, which we are looking forward to. As part of our P3 parks, we are ready to react practically immediately and expand the warehouse spaces according to the needs of the tenant, as was also the case with C.S.CARGO Slovakia. It has recently acquired an additional 2,700 m2 of space in the S2B hall in our Košice park, which means that we have reached full occupancy of the hall," added Ján Rybárik, Head of Leasing at P3 in Slovakia.
P3 manages one industrial property in the Košice park, where it built a top class A hall with a total area of almost 13,000 m². In the Žilina park, P3 built three industrial properties with a total area of over 28,000 m². All halls in P3 parks are equipped with a modern heating and ventilation system, have increased thermal insulation of the roof and economical intelligent LED lighting.
