The new Garbe Green Park Piešťany will be built in accordance with the highest European standards in the field of sustainability. Both buildings will be carbon neutral during operation thanks to solar pumps and panels. A local water source connected to the circulatory system will ensure its optimal consumption and recycling. The costs of the operating fleet will be minimal thanks to our own energy sources.
The project is located near the town of Piešťany only 300 m from the exit of the D1 motorway. The park is 80 km from Bratislava and 110 km from Žilina. Its location ensures easy access to the surrounding markets. There is also a bus stop at the entrance to the park.
The development company Garbe has been operating in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe for four years. Now the company has announced full occupancy of all its industrial parks in the region.
