LOG CENTER R7, strategically located on the R7 highway southeast of Bratislava, is a class A industrial and logistics park development totalling approx. 100.000 m² of usable area.
LOG CENTER R7 is situated in Kostolne Kracany, in an existing industrial and logistics hub with high quality railway transport and cargo connection. It is a proven location for international production companies (LG, Schindler, Wertheim, Chipita), logistics providers (Cargo Partner, Bracchi) and retailers (KiK, Deichmann).
The existing road infrastructure will be further improved by the new R7 highway (currently under construction) with completion planned by the end of 2020. The Hungarian highway network is reachable via the nearby town of Gyor (39 km) and the access to it will be further enhanced by the new bridge across the Danube river which is under construction in Komarno and is due to be completed in 2020.

At the end of 2021, a new member will join the logistics family in southern Slovakia. The Austrian developer Go Asset completed the load-bearing structure of a modern hall with more than 55,000 square meters in Kostolné Kračany near Dunajská Streda.
