European markets have stabilized, says Prologis

European markets have stabilized as a result of the gradual dissipation of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, with strong investor demand in the sector leading to a compression of yields. With the stabilization of markets, the prospects for rent growth have also improved. Supply-side barriers have been maintained due to the low level of speculative construction in most continental European countries. GLP has completed GLP Park Bratislava Senec

GLP, an investor and developer of logistics facilities and distribution parks, has leased 19,000 m2 of warehouse space in its Slovak park GLP Park Bratislava Senec to Alza and a unit with an area of 11,000 m2 to Hortim.
