Currently the area predominantly plays host to food- processing and engineering industries. LOG CENTER Nové Mesto I is a modern
A- class single- storey warehouse, completed in November 2009. The warehouse could potentially be divided into twelve sections with
a total of 44 docking stations. The space is highly flexible and offers units from 2,000 m² to 8,000 m² in size.
There is ample parking and turning space for trucks and cars. LOG CENTER Nové Mesto II, which has not yet commenced
construction, will be developed to the same technical specifications and design as LOG CENTER Nové Mesto I.
LOG CENTER Nové Mesto is located in Nové Mesto nad Vahom in Slovakia, approximately 100 km north- east of Bratislava city
centre, 20 km from Trenčín and about 100 km south- east of Žilina. LOG CENTER Nové Mesto is very easily accessible from the D1
motorway and is also clearly visible from it.
There is another development project in the surrounding area.LOG CENTER Nové Mesto II will be built directly adjacent to LOG
CENTER I to the south. The area is becoming an established industrial location and the property is well positioned for its intended use.
