The construction of a new industrial A-class building of 19,366 m2 is planned within the already existing industrial park Levice - Juh. The proposed area will have an advantageous location from a commercial, transport and geographical point of view. The project is suitable for warehousing activities and light manufacturing.

Architecturally, the hall is designed as a cube with a rectangular floor plan, divided into 4 storage units. The logistics hall will be internally divided into two parts, namely the administrative part and the warehouse part. The hall consists of two floors for the administrative buildings and one floor for the warehouse space.
