A few years ago, CTP strategically focused its investments on expanding its portfolio in the east of Slovakia. The speculative purchase of land near Prešov and Košice is already bringing real contracts and the construction of halls continues smoothly.
The investor wants to build a logistics park in the cadastre of Sládkovičovo in the direction of Galanta. It will consist of two halls with the corresponding infrastructure. They are supposed to serve mainly as a logistics and storage center. This results from the intention submitted by the company P3 Senec I to the investigation procedure as part of the assessment of the effects of the proposed activity on the environment (EIA).

The demands of logistics park tenants vary, but their common denominator remains a high-quality connection to the transport network. Continental Tires will expand its existing premises by another 11,000 m². The total leasable area of the park will reach 404,000 m2, making it one of the largest VGP parks in Europe.
Rational energy management is a challenge faced by most industries and sectors today. TSL is no exception, but the operation of logistics platforms due to their size and scale of operation creates a huge demand for energy. At the same time, these devices have the potential to produce energy by themselves and thus become more and more self-sufficient. It is therefore not surprising that operators have been investing for years in solutions that on the one hand reduce consumption and on the other hand contribute to the production of clean energy. The scale of these measures means that even seemingly small changes produce stunning results.
