location of the warehouse - ideally Žilina and the surrounding area time period - we will need the warehouse in about 1-2 weeks, the length of the lease is estimated to be 3-4 months (it will depend on sales) required size - the assumption is approximately 200 pallet spaces daily volume of stored pallets - probably the goods will not be stocked daily, they will be stocked for approx. 7-8 times the daily IN / OUT volume - IN volume mentioned above, daily OUT is a questionable type of goods - medical devices (infusion sets, syringes) value of goods - approx. 160,000 EUR dimensions of pallets s/d/h - 80 x 120 x height from 1.9 to 2.2 m (including the pallet) stackability - NO specific requirements - air conditioning required... weight of 1 pallet up to max. 300 kg, storage temperature from 5°C to 40°C, humidity from 30% to 80%, prevent moisture (dry storage) and sunlight, ramp for unloading goods from a trailer or forklift
