Hello, I am sending an inquiry for warehouse space in the vicinity of Prešov or Košice, if in the near vicinity of these cities.

We are a company engaged in wholesale sales for plumbers (water, heating, sewer, PV...).

We are looking for dry storage areas: - with an area of ​​+/- 3000m2, - an external area of ​​+/- 1000m2 is an advantage, that is, if it is available. so warehouse spaces up to 3000m2 will be sufficient for us
- warehouse height of up to 10m is sufficient - warehouse does not need to be heated - access for truck + ramp is an advantage - facilities for warehouse workers (locker room+toilet+spcha) - parking for 2-3 own trucks sk.C (Mercedes Atego, 8 meter long vehicle) .

if the warehouse is near the mentioned places, we will also need the following for the warehouse:

office space approx. 60-100m2 (shop) + WC for customers
office space for the operations manager
