I would like to inquire about the possibility of renting production and storage space/
Our requirements are as follows:
Production and storage space: approximately 500 m²
Electricity: at least 500 kW of secured capacity with self-metering (may be less if existing cold storage and freezer rooms are already available)
Water: sufficient capacity for poultry processing (min. 20 m³/day) Wastewater: guaranteed right to discharge, invoiced according to volume × cleaning costs Fit-out option: adaptation of the premises to production, including installation of floor drains, addition of cooling/freezing equipment and other technical modifications necessary for chicken processing.
The purpose of using the premises would be the processing of chicken meat.
Please inform me whether such a lease is possible and under what conditions (technical, legal and financial).
