JTRE is operating in the real estate market for almost 30 years. The scope and quality of our completed projects along with the international experience has made JTRE a market leader in the field of real estate development in Slovakia and the Central Europe region.
As an urban developer, JTRE is uniquely positioned in Slovakia due to its specialization in the construction of whole city districts, and creating spaces for living, encompassing everything that makes up a vibrant urban environment. JTRE provides space for work, housing, entertainment, relaxation, and active leisure. Its most significant ongoing project is the modern multi-functional district Downtown Yards, which builds upon one of JTRE’s most important completed developments – Eurovea City, home to Slovakia’s largest shopping center and the country’s first skyscraper, Eurovea Tower. Other notable completed projects include the districts Zuckermandel and River Park, as well as Klingerka and Panorama Towers, which, at the time of completion, were Slovakia's tallest residential towers, and the Westend office complex. In London, JTRE has completed its first projects, Triptych Bankside and Appleby Blue, both of which have received multiple prestigious awards. In Berlin, the company is working on the Nordhafen Living & Office complex.
JTRE’s approach is to responsibly develop cities potential by encouraging contemporary architecture and by supporting sustainable urbanism. The company is seen as a strong, professional, and reliable partner. Thanks to its unique approach and innovative solutions JTRE creates vibrant neighbourhoods and flourishing places for a high-quality lifestyle.
