Founded in 1993 in Slovakia, HB Reavis has grown rapidly. We are now one of the leading commercial real-estate developers and managers in Central and Eastern Europe and one of the few fully integrated players in the region. We are market leaders in Slovakia and have a significant and growing presence in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Croatia. In the almost 20 years of operations in our chosen market segments, we have completed nine large-scale office projects, four leading shopping & entertainment centers and five logistic developments, totaling almost 600,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA). Our current standing portfolio is over 550,000 sqm of GLA. More than 158,000 sqm is under construction and will come into operation by mid-2014. Over 1 million sqm of GLA is at planning and permit stage.
