We offer for rent or for sale a renovated production/logistics hall.

The total area of the hall is 3 300 m2, at the hall there is a concrete paved area of 1 500 m2 and an additional gravel area of 1 500 m2 for the purpose of storage of goods and parking.
The hall, which contains production areas, office areas, sanitary rooms, changing rooms, storage areas, was renovated in 2022-2023. A new armoured floor was created, offices, sanitary rooms and changing rooms were renovated. All electrical and fire lines in the hall were replaced, new industrial doors were installed.

- heating by gas infrared radiators - under construction,
- separate access road,
- on the border of our land there is a track with a paved area which allows access ( unloading and loading ) of railway wagons with forklifts or crane.

- the hall can be subdivided into 2 or 3 smaller units, as it was prepared in such a way during the renovation that all energy sources can have separate metering.

Our site is located in the Industrial Park Štúrovo a.s. (PPŠ a.s.) with a total area of 180 hectares, which is fenced and has a control entry system to the premises.
The access road to the site is smooth for freight transport. It will allow parking, unloading and loading of multiple trucks at a time.
There are several kilometres of railway track on the PPŠ Inc. site. The industrial park operates its own locomotive for moving wagons and trainsets on the PPŠ premises, and also has its own railway line at the railway station in Štúrovo. It is possible to fill and empty railway wagons with liquid and bulk materials on the premises. Part of the railway line is connected to our land which allows direct contact with the wagons.
