Construction has already begun and its completion is planned for the third quarter of this year. Thanks to the new logistics center with 40 places for receiving goods from vans and trucks, Alza.cz will significantly speed up the distribution of goods in Hungary. In addition to a warehouse with an area of more than 20,000 m2, it will also include a showroom and AlzaDrive with a separate entrance for contactless collection of goods directly from the car.

The company continues its successful cooperation with the developer GLP, with which it has already opened, for example, GLP Park Prague Chrášťany with 40,000 m2.

"Hungary is our important and dynamically growing market, so we decided to open our first foreign logistics center here, thanks to which we will have thousands of products for immediate delivery on site and at the same time allow us to significantly reduce the average delivery time," says Jan Moudřík, director of expansion and facility Alza.cz.

"We have a problem-free experience with GLP from the Czech Republic and Slovakia so far, so it was a logical choice to continue with them now," he adds.

"We have an above-standard cooperation with Alza, because we have repeatedly proven that we can build complex projects for e-commerce distribution, even for the most demanding customers, among whom Alza belongs. This area is developing extremely fast and a market leader like Alza needs a partner that will allow him to build his vision of modern logistics. We are pleased that our know-how and long-term partnership are helping Alge expand into Hungary, ”says Jan Palek, GLP Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
